AKPublish Pty Ltd and its affiliates (“AKPublish”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile games, applications, websites and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services. Where required by law, we will request your consent (for example, to show personalised ads or to collect certain identifiers).
AKPublish Pty Ltd, 118 A Kitchener Road, Alfred Cove, WA 6154, Australia. Contact: support@akpublish.com.
This Policy applies to players and visitors worldwide. Additional notices for the EEA/UK, certain U.S. states (including California), and Australia are provided below.
We use Google’s ad and analytics products, including Google Ads Personalisation (to show more relevant ads) and Google Signals (to better understand usage across devices). In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK), we request your consent via an in-app consent prompt. You can change your choice at any time in the game settings or device settings (see Your Choices).
We integrate third-party SDKs and platforms to show ads and mediate ad demand. Depending on your region and choices, these partners may receive your device identifiers, coarse location (IP-based), app usage and event data to serve, personalise, and measure ads, and to prevent fraud.
Each partner is independently responsible for its processing and provides its own privacy policy and choices. Depending on your location, partners will only personalise ads if you have given valid consent through our consent prompt.
Our mobile apps use SDKs rather than browser cookies. Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operations, analytics, and ads (see your browser settings for controls).
We do not sell your contact information. In some jurisdictions (e.g., California), “sale”/“sharing” may include the use of advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioural advertising; see U.S. State Privacy Notice for choices.
We operate globally and may transfer information to countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy (for example, most analytics and advertising identifiers are retained for a limited period tied to app activity), unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions) without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your rights depend on where you live. Subject to legal limits, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise a right or make a request, email support@akpublish.com. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to AKPublish.
Controller: AKPublish Pty Ltd. Legal bases: (i) contract (to provide the Services); (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., analytics, security, non-personalised ads, fraud prevention); (iii) consent (e.g., personalised ads, certain device identifiers, precise location); (iv) legal obligation. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale”/“sharing” or targeted advertising. We may “sell” or “share” identifiers (like your advertising ID) for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out via in-app settings and device settings listed above.
We process personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You may contact us to access or correct your personal information or to lodge a complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and indicate the “Last updated” date. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (e.g., in-app message).
